We faced challenges getting to the hotel as regular transportation options like taxis or Ubers weren't viable. It was frustrating to find the electricity out upon our arrival, which made things a bit uncomfortable. Also, the dinner option that was advertised turned out to be disappointing, with cold deliveries that took too long to arrive.

i almost thought about giving a decent review, but then i remembered the electricity was out upon arrival and the meal was just some cold delivery. also, the so-called restaurant is nowhere to be found, and without a key to the big door, i felt like an intruder every time i wanted to leave, absolutely ridiculous!

The staff were simply amazing! They took such great care of us and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious, especially the fruit from their trees! Only downside was feeling a bit disconnected, needing help to leave the property. 🏞️

This was just an appropriate option for a relaxing holiday in Pereira with great value-to-price ratio. Ovidio was incredibly helpful, always checking in on us and even bringing toast when our child was feeling unwell. Take a taxi to the hotel for a smooth arrival since the access is a bit tricky.

We really enjoyed our stay! The friendly staff made us feel right at home, even helping us with dinner plans that were super tasty. We loved chilling on our balcony, watching the birds and soaking up that killer view. Just wish it was a bit easier to get around without a car. But honestly, it was worth it!
